The two-month sick leave is finally over and I'm back in the studio. Still I can't lift very much weight or do heavy things but I'm working with papers.

In August I have a solo show at Galerie Forsblom - Riiko Sakkinen's Drawing Room. A drawing room is space in a house where visitors are entertained. I'm going to set up my drawing studio in the gallery and work the two first weeks of the show with A4 size drawings and interact with the visitors. I like to chat with people when I work but it can be also stressing. I'm now sketching few drawings before the show if the fear of blank paper takes me over.
