Arrabbiata sauce, sugo all'arrabbiata, is an Italian spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, tomatoes, and red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. Arrabbiata literally means angry in Italian, and the name of the sauce is due to the heat of the chili peppers. Arrabbiata is popular in Lebanon and often spelled arabiata.

Americana is a Kuwaiti processed food and fast-food restaurant operator brand established in 1964 with presence in West Asia and North Africa.

The figures are from Lebanese snack products. |
