One percent refers to the wealthiest 1% of people in the world. We are the 99% is a political slogan widely used by the Occupy movement.

The image is from Fantasia Ketch-Up the Taste Natural Potato Chips produced by Malco in Lebanon.

The figure resembles the Three Musketeers, fictional characters created by Alxander Dumas. Their motto is all for one, one for all.
