Swine flu is an infection of a host animal by any one of several specific types of microscopic organisms called swine influenza virus. The 2009 flu outbreak in humans was due to a new strain of subtype H1N1 not previously reported in pigs.

Gelato is the Italian variant of ice cream.

The image is from Fruittella Ice Cream, chewy sweets produced in Romania by the Dutch/Italian company Perfetti Van Melle.

The letter-head paper has printeda quote in Spanish from Friedrich Nietsche, a nineteenth-century German philosopher.
