i The real estate bubble in Spain saw prices rise 201% from 1985 to 2007. Coinciding with the late 2000s crisis, prices began to fall.

A brick is a block, or a single unit of a ceramic material used in masonry construction, usually stacked together, or laid using various kinds of mortar to hold the bricks together and make a permanent structure

Ladrillo (Spanish) = brick. It may also refer informally to the construction business.
