i Fuera Botnia (Spanish) = Botnia out.

Botnia is a Finnish pulp manufacturer - the second biggest in the world. The company has a controversial factory in Uruguay, near the Argentinian border, that has been questioned for it's impact to the nature and has caused a diplomatic crisis between the two countries.

The blue cross flag is the flag of Finland. The state institutions use a flag with the coat of arms with a lion.

The figure is Hello Kitty - a fictional character produced by the Japanese company Sanrio and marketed mainly to young girls.
