It has been a strange spring - no traveling at all. All my planned projects in Ljubljana, Havana and Shanghai were canceled for economic problems or censorship. This first part of the year has been productive, I've finished four paintings, 54 drawings, three objects, a portable version of Syria for Dummies slide show and an intervention in a hypermarket.

My daughter has been helping me in a couple of drawings and also the nature is working for me. Yesterday night a swallow had entered in my studio and shitted on some of my drawings. Actually, the excrement looks good, though it's not acid free which can be a problem for some collectors.

My next list drawing will be a woman's to-do list with all the treatments that are supposed to make her more attractive. I think I'll ask my wife to write it to get the authentic female touch.

Capitalism operates as a loose network composed of both global and national economical and political structures. Capitalism’s operations range from top-down controlled strategies to franchise associated groups and to lone wolf operators. The management philosophy of Capitalism has been described as centralization of decision and decentralization of execution, though there is no umbrella organization. We like to create a mythical entity called Capitalism in our minds, but that is not the reality we are dealing with. Capitalism can’t be fought with traditional warfare and revolutions. We need totally new approaches to destroy it.
